Ali MacGraw
Ali MacGraw aka Elizabeth Alice MacGraw was an American actor, animal advocate and author who won several Awards. She is renowned for her movies like Love Story (1970) Goodbye Columbus (1969) and The Getaway (1972). Her desire to be an artist was in part influenced from her childhood as a member of the New York family of artists. Her first job was as a photo assistant. After that, she switched to modeling and acting. She won an award called the Golden Globe Award in 1990 because she was an aspiring young actor. MacGraw quickly became famous in the year 1970 following her hit movie Love Story. She was selected for an Academy Award and won a Golden Globe. After only three movies she was deemed the most successful female film in the history of box offices. In 1972, her footprints and autograph were recorded on the wall of Grauman's Chinese Theater. The actress has appeared in a variety of other films including The Getaway Convoy Players and television miniseries The Winds of War among others. Her autobiography, published in 1991 Moving Pictures came out. MacGraw married three people.
